EMCİ Lighting flag poles are produced in desired height according to customer demand. Static designs are made in accordance with CE ASCE Manual 72.. Poles up to 12 meters are produced as a single body, poles longer than 12 m are formed by tight interlocking of polygonal modules. Square or circular base flange suitable for anchor foundation mounting varying in height. Long-lasting hot-dip galvanized against corrosion is applied according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards and electrostatic powder paint or liquid paint is made on galvanized if desired. Our customers can choose one of the designs of our company as well as the production of their own designs. As EMCI Lighting, we provide complete service to our flagpoles including basic manufacturing and assembly.
Polygon Flagpole Mechanism
The flagpole mechanism should be chosen to give the most effective result depending on the location. The flag system can be manufactured as external cable or internal cable. Internal rope systems allow the flag to rotate 360 degrees with the wind at the vertex (infinite rotating vertex system). Thanks to this system, the flag waving easily is not wrapped and tear. Internal rope systems are adjusted according to height as manual winding mechanism or motorized flag mechanism. In addition to height, production is made according to customer demands. Top Rotary System (Internal Rope), Classic System (External Rope) or each of these systems can be produced with Electric Motor Automatic System.

There is a motor, reducer and control system in order to raise and lower the flag in the flagpole. It is mandatory to have electrical connection in the area to be planted for this pole system which is preferred in lengths of 20 meters and above. As EMCİ Lighting, polygonal flag poles, which are folded by hot-dip galvanizing method in all pole production, have excellent resistance to sheet corrosion, so you can use it for many years without deterioration. It also creates an elegant image. EMCİ Flagpoles obtained from lighting consist of the following parts; Polygon Flagpole Body, 360 Degrees Rotating System, Steel Wire Rope, Flange Hide Cover, Sphere, Flag Tension Rod, Flag Fixing Bead, Anchor or Stud. Flag pole apparatus and all flag pole reels are assembled by Emci.
